I stayed at this hotel that, despite its charming location right near Chinatown, had some downsides. The rooms were quite small and a bit outdated, and I encountered some small ants during my visit. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided. The location was fantastic for exploring local attractions and food markets.

However, the staff were friendly and very helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a decent value for money, but the room size could be a downside for some.

Though the service was friendly, there were a couple of hiccups, especially on the last morning of my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location in Chinatown was perfect for exploring the vibrant area, and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. However, the room quality didn’t quite match the pictures, and the dining options were limited. While I appreciated the free breakfast, the overall value for money was not ideal given the room conditions.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite different from the pictures shown online. They had thin walls, and I could easily hear my neighbors. However, they were well stocked with drinks, snacks, and toiletries, which was a nice touch.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit hit or miss. While the staff were friendly and offered to move us to a deluxe room, I found them generally unhelpful. They did offer us free breakfast the next day, which was a nice gesture.
Location

The location was fantastic! It was near the MRT and right in the heart of Chinatown, making it super convenient for exploring and shopping for souvenirs. Plus, it was within walking distance of key areas.
Dining

Dining options were just okay. While there was a food court nearby and the famous Chinatown food street just steps away, the hotel itself didn’t have much variety.
Facilities

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a great location in Chinatown. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free breakfast offer. However, the room was a bit cramped for our group size, and the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially considering the convenience of the location.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was clean and had a huge, comfy bed, but it felt a bit small for our group, especially with all our luggage. The private shower room was nice, but it would be tight for four adults due to the narrow corridors.
Service

The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from the MRT station, making it really convenient for getting around. I found the rooms to be somewhat dated and not as modern as the pictures suggested. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I had some issues with the shower in my room. Overall, the hotel offers value for money, but there are definitely some improvements needed.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right near the MRT and many food options, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. On the downside, the rooms could use some improvement in cleanliness, as I encountered some roaches, and the size was not very comfortable for four adults. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of the room quality.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms weren't the cleanest, as I found some roaches and the space felt cramped, especially with a narrow corridor between the bunk beds and built-ins.
Service

The staff was friendly and hospitable, especially the cleaner, though I encountered some communication issues due to language barriers.

The rooms were a bit cramped and not very clean, but the staff was quite friendly and helpful. It's a decent place if you're looking for something affordable, but the shared bathrooms were less than ideal.
